Position: Staff Nurse Supervisor
Location: Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Mulund, Mumbai

Education & Qualification

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council
- 10–12 years of ICU experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide all ICU nursing staff.
- Assign staff to patients and departmental duties.
- Ensure appropriate nurse–patient ratios at all times.
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ICU protocols and hospital policies.
- Conduct daily checks of emergency drugs and lifesaving equipment.
- Maintain ICU inventory, crash cart, stock registers, and expiry checks.
- Ensure ICU safety,



hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and discipline.
- Assist the Nursing Head in incident investigations and quality improvement activities.

Job Details

Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
