IT Support/ Cyber Security

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support/ Cyber Security to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the organization while also supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment.

This role operates in a modern cloud-first environment across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Sophos firewall infrastructure, and backup platform. You will work closely with the GRC function to translate security requirements into technical configurations and ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2–3 IT support for users, devices, and business applications
- Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and identity/access requests
- Microsoft Azure and Fabric
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Implement and maintain security controls across systems and endpoints via Intune.
- Configure devices and Support endpoint management, compliance, and device security policies via Intune.
- Assist with firewall, VPN, and network security configuration
- Monitor backups, system health, and recovery processes
- Support incident response, troubleshooting,



and security alerts
- Work with GRC to implement and maintain security requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of identity, access, and endpoint management concepts
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience supporting IT systems, users, and infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra-ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
- Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance environments
- Familiarity with firewall and backup systems
- Google Workspace administration experience
- IT certifications (Microsoft / CompTIA / cybersecurity)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat (Surat)
