ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise the construction and development work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all civil and structural works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols specific to manufacturing setups. The candidate must be willing to travel full time at the site - Chhadiya and take complete ownership of daily site operations and progress monitoring. This role is strictly focused on building construction works within an industrial facility, including RCC structures, sheds, utility buildings, and internal facilities. Experience in bridge, highway, flyover, or large infrastructure projects is not applicable for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all civil and structural construction work at the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and progress to maintain quality and timelines.
- Oversee construction of RCC structures, sheds, utility buildings, foundations,



drainage, boundary walls, internal pathways, and utilities.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material records, documentation, and updates for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with fire safety, environmental, and hazard-control protocols in explosive material zones.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to avoid project delays.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on site experience in building construction, preferably industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Experience in RCC structures, industrial buildings, sheds, foundations, finishing, masonry, roofing, flooring, and related civil works.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic site management software.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel full-time at the project site - Chhadiya and independently manage site operations.
- We need proper experience in BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Experience in bridges, highways, flyovers, or large infrastructure projects alone is not suitable for this role.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
