Core ResponsibilitiesInventory & Precious Metals Management
- Stock Valuation: Accurately track and value high-value raw materials and finished goods against fluctuating market rates.
- Reconciliation: Conduct frequent physical stock counts and audit reconciliations for gold, silver, loose stones, and jewelry pieces.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and investigate discrepancies, theft, or unusual weight loss (melting loss/wastage) during production. [1, 2]
Day-to-Day Accounting & Billing
- Billing & Invoicing: Manage point-of-sale (POS) billing, wholesale orders, and tax invoices for luxury and retail clients.
- Job Work Accounting: Track and process wage payments and material balances for external artisans and workshops.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
