Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Civil Engineer – Architecture & Interior Designer who can handle civil engineering, architectural planning, interior design and site coordination activities.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, planning spaces, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring that design and construction work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Prepare interior layouts and detailed interior design drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, false ceiling, flooring, electrical and lighting layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D views/renders as required.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates and material requirements for design/interior works.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their design, budget and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors and site supervisors.
- Visit project sites and monitor execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship and finishing quality at site.
- Identify site-related design or construction issues and provide practical solutions.
- Make revisions in drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Assist in project planning, costing and estimation.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, MEP and interior drawings.
- Maintain project drawings, documents, BOQ and design records.
- Support the company in client presentations and design discussions.




- Coordinate with the sales/business development team whenever technical support is required.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Civil Engineering, Building Construction and Architectural Planning.
- Good understanding of Interior Design and Space Planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape or similar software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation and quantity calculation.
- Good understanding of construction materials and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams, contractors and vendors.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Candidates having additional knowledge or qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or relevant design software will be preferred.

Experience

Preferred: 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, architectural design, interior design or project execution.

Freshers with strong AutoCAD/design skills may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience, skills and interview performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives may be offered for suitable candidates.
