Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Operations: Allocate rooms, maintain resident records, and oversee facility maintenance (water, electricity, and cleanliness).
- Safety & Security: Monitor entry and exit gates, check visitor logs, and prevent unauthorized access to the premises.
- Discipline & Rules: Enforce curfew times, manage code of conduct, and address behavioral issues.
- Student Welfare: Act as a local guardian, provide emotional support, and handle medical or personal emergencies.
- Mess & Dining Coordination: Supervise food quality, hygiene standards, and dining hall timings.
