Job Description

- Support import and export shipment coordination activities.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining shipping and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis activities.
- Assist in freight cost tracking and invoice validation.
- Help maintain accurate logistics records and shipment databases.
- Participate in logistics improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
- Support compliance with company procedures, customs requirements, and HSE standards.

Job Requirements

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable teamwork, leadership potential, and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or logistics processes is an added advantage.
