About the Role

AANZARA Corporate is looking for energetic and result-oriented Channel Sales Executives to expand our FMCG business. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, distributor management, retailer handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets and distributors.
- Promote and sell FMCG products in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising.
- Collect orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Submit daily sales reports and route plans.

Required Skills





- Experience in FMCG Sales / Channel Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Retailer & Distributor handling experience.
- Sales target achievement mindset.
- Good market knowledge and relationship-building skills.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

Requirements:

- Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Preferred Candidate 1–3+ Years of FMCG Sales Experience.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
