Role Description

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tender Management. Strong understanding of GeM and Government Procurement Systems. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

Experience – 2+ Years.

Education – Graduate/ post graduate in any stream.

Location – Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Office timing – 09:30am to 06:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Notice Period - who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and identify tender opportunities through GeM Portal, State Government e-Tender Portals, and other procurement platforms.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including registration, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups.




- Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and financial bids within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documents and compliance-related information.
- Ensure timely renewal and updation of registrations, certifications, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Track tender status, award notifications, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Liaise with government departments, hospitals, institutions, procurement authorities, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace distributors and institutional buyers.
- Maintain tender records, MIS reports, bid databases, and management reports.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, tender regulations, and market trends.

Personal Skills

- Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
- Experience working on State Government Tender Portals.
- Solid understanding of government procurement and e-tendering processes.
- Experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and submission.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
