Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, valuable analytical skills, and the ability to manage daily accounting activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
- Handle purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters.
- Assist during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




- Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or prior experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation processes.

Salary

- Best in industry, based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
