About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and physically fit Electrician to handle field electrical work including cable laying, tower/pole climbing, and installation & maintenance of electrical and networking infrastructure. This role requires hands-on technical ability and strict adherence to safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lay, route, and terminate electrical and networking cables (underground, overhead, or in-building)
- Climb towers, poles, and rooftops to install, inspect, or repair equipment (antennas, cameras, cabling, junction boxes, etc.)
- Install and maintain electrical fittings, panels, and wiring as per site requirements
- Perform routine checks and troubleshoot faults in electrical connections
- Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and safety standards on all installations
- Use PPE (safety belts, helmets, gloves) correctly at all times during height work
- Coordinate with site supervisors/engineers for project timelines and requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and report any damage or shortages
- Travel to different client sites as required

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent trade certification
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for site travel)
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical work; tower/height work experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Physically fit with no fear of heights
- Basic knowledge of cabling standards (LAN, coaxial, power cabling as applicable)
- Willingness to travel between sites

Preferred

- Valid tower/height work safety certification (if available)
- Prior experience in telecom, networking, or CCTV installation projects
