About InnerSpace

InnerSpace is one of Kerala’s earliest coworking brands and one of the few community-centric coworking brands in the state. We combine thoughtfully designed workspaces with a strong focus on community, networking, and the experience of work.

We are now expanding to Ramanattukara, Kozhikode, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building the brand from the ground up.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and business team to plan and execute the digital launch of InnerSpace Ramanattukara and support the central team.

This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule social media posts. You'll get hands-on experience in campaigns, digital growth, lead generation, content distribution and marketing analytics.

What You'll Work On

- Assist in planning and executing the digital launch campaign
- Manage and grow InnerSpace's Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Develop and execute organic and paid digital campaigns
- Research the Kozhikode market, competitors and target audiences
- Identify opportunities for local digital marketing and partnerships
- Support lead generation campaigns for coworking, managed offices and meeting spaces
- Assist with Google Business Profile and local SEO activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Track enquiries, leads and conversions from different marketing channels
- Experiment with new content formats, platforms and campaign ideas




- Work with the content team to distribute and amplify campaigns
- Assist in website and landing-page marketing
- Support influencer and creator collaborations
- Help build the digital presence of the new Ramanattukara centre

Who We're Looking For

- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related fields
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Curious about how digital campaigns work
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and basic analytics
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and willing to experiment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus

Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Local Marketing, SEO, Social Media Analytics, Campaign Planning, Brand Building, and content creation

More importantly, you'll get to see how a workspace brand goes from launch → awareness → leads → customers.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
