About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the company's online presence, generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth through digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, email marketing, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company sales objectives.
- Manage the company's website, social media platforms, and online presence.
- Plan and execute Google Ads / PPC campaigns for lead generation.
- Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlink building, and local SEO.
- Generate B2B leads through Google, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and website.
- Develop engaging posts, banners, articles, blogs, case studies, and promotional content.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases.
- Research competitors and identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of digital leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, ROI, and lead quality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong content-writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Result-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in IT companies, system integrators, IT hardware, CCTV, networking, cloud, AMC, rental services, or B2B technology companies will be preferred.

Experience in generating B2B leads and converting digital enquiries into sales opportunities will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
