Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer communication.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS data.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts departments for seamless execution.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/E lectrical Engineering or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Operations.
✔ Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Excellent communication,



organizational, and multitasking skills.
✔ Experience with ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.
