- Solid hands‑on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting, ensuring quick resolution of end‑user and on‑floor technical issues.
- Fundamental understanding of networking technologies, including routers, switches, structured cabling, and crimping.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of Data Center systems, reporting alerts/events, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams until closure.
- Proficient in ticket lifecycle management using ITSM or service desk tools, ensuring documentation, tracking, and SLA compliance.
- Skilled in vendor coordination for hardware replacement, service follow‑ups, and infrastructure support within the Data Center environment.
- Accountable for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, capturing system performance, incidents, and uptime metrics.
- Capable guiding end user for doing First level troubleshooting steps.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
