Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop automated data pipelines using Python and Databricks.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and integration from multiple data sources.
- Create scalable data models, DAX measures, and reporting solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and manual data processing activities.
- Support advanced analytics, trend analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Improve report performance, usability, and data refresh processes.
- Develop reusable scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
- Support cloud-based data platforms and data governance initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI and related data analytics/reporting technologies.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Proficient in creating complex data models, DAX measures,



calculated columns, and Power Query transformations.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, automation, and reporting workflows.
- Experience working with Databricks and building automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and integration techniques.
- Experience working with relational databases and writing advanced SQL queries.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience in automating recurring reports and optimizing manual reporting processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform trend analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reporting.
- Experience in report performance tuning, data refresh optimization, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) is an added advantage.
