We are looking for a dedicated Senior Site Engineer to manage daily site operations, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of driving site activities efficiently.

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment and resources effectively.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Prepare and verify site measurements, quantity calculations, work bills and supporting documents.
- Monitor and control the usage of construction materials to minimize wastage and project costs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and project management teams.
- Verify quantities of PCC, RCC, excavation, masonry and other civil works executed at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of company manpower, vehicles, machinery and equipment.
- Maintain daily site reports, work records, material statements, measurements and other project documentation.
- Identify site issues and provide suitable technical solutions in coordination with the management.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Review project requirements and arrange materials and resources in coordination with the management.
- Track project billing, work progress and expenditure and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements and applicable construction standards.
- Lead and guide junior engineers, supervisors and site workers.




- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Maintain proper records of manpower deployment, material consumption, equipment and vehicle usage.
- Take responsibility for overall site coordination, productivity, quality, cost control and timely project execution.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
- Experience in billing and project documentation.
- Strong manpower and site management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, structural works, excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry and finishing works.
- Good knowledge of site measurements, quantity estimation and billing.
- Experience in manpower, material, equipment and subcontractor management.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and construction-related software.
- Good understanding of quality control and site safety procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and lead site teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
