1. 3D Modeling and Rendering:

- Create detailed 3D models of designs, interior spaces etc.
- Produce realistic renderings and visualizations that accurately depict design concepts, materials,

and lighting.

- Utilize 3D software advised by the management such as Autocad, 3DS Max, Google SketchUp , Vray, photoshop etc.

to develop high-quality visuals.

2. Texturing and Lighting:

- Apply textures, materials, and lighting effects to enhance the realism and aesthetic appeal of 3D

models.

- Experiment with different lighting scenarios to achieve desired moods and atmospheres.
- Optimize rendering settings to achieve the best balance between quality and efficiency.
- Manage files and systematically organize as per the folder structure for easy retrieval and

reference.

3. Day to Day Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively work towards achieving targets set by the management.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance productivity.
- Monitor project timelines ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and Adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each task.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and clients if necessary to understand project

requirements and objectives.

- Present visual concepts and proposals to designers, incorporating feedback and revisions as

needed.

- Maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment with client expectations and project

goals.





- Participate in design review meetings and contribute constructively to the design process.
- 5. Quality Control:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality in 3D visuals.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to enhance quality of 3D Visuals.
- Conduct quality checks on rendered images to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to
- design specifications.
- Review and revise visualizations based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Continuously strive for improvement in visual quality and techniques.
- 6. Training & Mentorship:
- Provide timely trainings, guidance and mentorship to Jr. 3D Visualizers
- Be a team player, have excellent people skills, be wildly creative and push the boundaries with a can-
- do attitude!
- 7. Problem Solving:
- Address challenges and resolve conflicts within the team or with clients.
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies to overcome obstacles.
- 8. Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively as
- per the turnaround time advised by the management.
- Keep aware of industry trends, techniques, and software updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- 9. Workplace Etiquettes & Culture:
- Follow workplace policies and regulations, which include punctuality, code of conduct etc.
- Maintaining a positive work atmosphere for themselves and the peers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
