Open Positions : Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced sales professionals for multiple leadership positions in the Home Appliances / Consumer Durables industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

Manage distribution networks, dealers, distributors and channel partners.

Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key customers.

Ensure effective product availability and market penetration.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.

Coordinate with senior management regarding sales plans and business growth.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in Distribution Sales is mandatory.

Experience in the Consumer Durable / Home Appliances industry is preferred.





Candidates should have strong knowledge of dealer and distributor management.

Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Strong market-development and business-development capabilities.

Industry Preference:

Home Appliances / Consumer Durables

Candidates with relevant experience in products such as Geysers, Infrared Appliances, Home Theatre and other home-appliance categories will be preferred.
