Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose & Treat: Examine patients to diagnose diseases, injuries, and malformations of the teeth, gums, and oral structures.
- Perform Procedures: Execute a wide range of dental procedures, including routine cleanings, fillings, root canals, surgical extractions, and restorative work (crowns, bridges, and dentures).
- Treatment Planning: Develop and explain personalized, structured treatment plans, advising patients on risks, perks, and alternatives.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment aftercare.
- Pain Management: Administer local anesthetics and sedatives to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with dental hygienists,



dental assistants, and administrative staff.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient dental records and clinical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Degree in dentistry (BDS, MDS) from an accredited dental school.
- Licensing: Valid state or regional dental license in good standing.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven experience performing general and complex dental procedures.
- Manual Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: A compassionate and patient-oriented personality with excellent communication skills to ease anxious patients.
- Compliance: Up-to-date knowledge of safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and dental regulations.

BDS with 3 years experience are preferred.

Salary will be based on clinical experience.
