Job Summary

Hair O Craft is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage patients after their medical consultation. The CRM will be responsible for explaining treatment plans and packages, assisting patients in making informed decisions, addressing queries, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from consultation to treatment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet patients after their consultation with the doctor.
- Clearly explain the recommended treatment plan, procedure, packages, pricing, and available payment options.
- Counsel patients and help them choose the most suitable treatment package.
- Address patient concerns and answer queries professionally.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Build strong patient relationships to improve treatment conversion rates.
- Coordinate with doctors and the operations team regarding patient bookings and treatment schedules.
- Ensure all patient information and follow-up details are accurately updated in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly consultation-to-treatment conversion targets.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and conversion reports.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment confirmation and treatment scheduling.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to explain treatment plans and packages confidently.
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills.




- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Patient Counselling, or Business Development.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hair Transplant, Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetic Surgery, Wellness, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets.
- Experience in consultation closing, package selling, and patient follow-up is highly preferred.
