About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Trainee to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in real estate, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outbound leads and communicate with buyers.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, and investment perks.
- Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
- Maintain lead and customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Build client relationships and track follow-ups and conversions.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in customer interaction.
- Interest in sales and real estate.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Basic Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
