Job Description: Junior Desktop Support Engineer

Job Location:Pune

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience Level:

0-2 years

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

· Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related.

· Assist in the installation and maintenance of network devices, structured cabling, and wireless access points.

· Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems.

· Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service records.

· Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty services, and infrastructure maintenance activities.

Record, track, and update incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while ensuring high user satisfaction

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
