Position: Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Blacksmith Woven Conversion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage shop-floor activities, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor workforce performance and allocate tasks effectively.
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor machine utilization and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Minimize production delays, wastage, and downtime.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience in machine manufacturing industry will be preferred.
