Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations, lead the field sales team, develop business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the territory.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor field team performance.
- Track sales, collections, client acquisition, and territory performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Pathology Sales.
- Prior experience in team handling or territory management will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of the local market and healthcare sector.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
