Role Overview

The Installation Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning equipment or systems at customer sites. The role ensures that all installations are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· · Install, configure, and commission interactive digital teaching boards and smart panels. · Provide remote technical support to customers through video calls. · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, touch, display, and connectivity issues. · Conduct on-site visits for installation, servicing, training, and repair work, including inter-state locations. · Assist teachers and staff with calibration and basic operation of interactive teaching boards. · Perform preventive maintenance and routine system inspections. · Update firmware, software,



and system drivers as required. · Ensure proper power supply, cabling, and network connectivity at installation sites. · Maintain accurate service records, visit reports, and issue logs. · Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for advanced technical support. · Follow company policies and safety standards during all installation and service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Electical Engineer

· Experience in commissioning, or technical field support (preferred).

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
