Position: Sales Executive (10 Vacancies)

Freshers or experienced

Location: North and South Kerala
Age: Below 40 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

TOVALIGN is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our presence in the dental aligner market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote TOVALIGN products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dental clinics and doctors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular clinic visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Work closely with technicians, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of aligners.




- Address customer concerns and provide prompt solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order status and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Sales, Medical/Dental Sales, Healthcare is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
