Job Title: Robotics & AI Trainer (School Programs)

Location: Ghaziabad,Palwal,samalkha India — On-site at partner schools

About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Robotics and AI Trainer to deliver hands-on STEM education to school students. You'll teach robotics kits, basic electronics, AI/ML concepts, and coding through engaging, activity-based sessions aligned with school curricula and Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver robotics and AI/ML training sessions to school students (grades vary)
- Conduct hands-on practicals using robotics kits, Arduino, sensors, and coding platforms
- Explain concepts clearly through per-block/step-by-step demonstrations
- Set up and troubleshoot hardware-software connections during sessions
- Adapt lesson plans to different age groups and skill levels




- Coordinate with school staff/principals on scheduling and curriculum alignment
- Maintain lab equipment and report issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (B.Tech preferred)
- Experience with Arduino, robotics kits, or embedded systems
- Working knowledge of Python and basic AI/ML concepts
- Prior teaching/training experience, especially with school-age students, preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Comfortable working on-site at school locations

Preferred:

- Experience with ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) programs
- Familiarity with screenless coding tools for younger students
- Prior curriculum development experience
