SEO Specialist – Hybrid

We Do Effects UK is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong SEO background, excellent communication skills, and experience generating business through digital marketing and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SEO for multiple UK-based clients.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve Google keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles (Google My Business) for multiple clients.
- Handle business listings, citations, and local SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor keyword performance.
- Identify new business opportunities through email marketing and outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to business development.
- Prepare SEO reports and communicate results and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Local SEO.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple businesses/clients.




- Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile, keyword ranking, business listings, and citations.
- Experience with email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with UK clients.
- Ability to work according to UK working hours.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO platforms is preferred.
