Sales Manager (Residential & Commercial Real Estate)

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager for Mumbai location to drive sales across Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client relationship management, site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to booking and closure.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and operations teams for documentation and smooth transactions.
- Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with Mumbai real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
