About Us

We are a New York-based construction company specializing in building exteriors and façade repairs. Our services include concrete masonry, stucco, wall plaster, exterior insulation, finish systems, and roofing. We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our Delhi team.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Estimation: Accurately assess the number of labor hours required for projects, including cost analysis for labor and materials.
- Bidding and Procurement: Prepare bids for new projects and oversee material procurement.
- Delay and Hindrance Analysis: Analyze project delays and identify potential hindrances, providing actionable solutions.
- Quantity Assessment: Use relevant software to calculate quantities for materials and labor.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and assist in project planning.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:



Minimum 2 years of experience with approximately 70+ projects in the same trade.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Bluebeam.
- Familiarity with quantity assessment and soft drawing software.

Specialized Knowledge:

- Expertise in concrete masonry, stucco, wall plaster, building repair, and façade work.
- Understanding of exterior insulation and finish systems.

Traits:

- High speed and accuracy in estimation tasks.
- Flexibility to work late-night or graveyard shifts occasionally.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with project management teams.
