equired Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
- Strong understanding of SAP QM business processes and configuration.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Good knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, SD, and EWM/WM.
- Experience with Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Control.
- Solid experience in testing and production support.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore or distributed teams is an advantage.

Preferred

- SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of Fiori applications related to SAP QM.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, pharma, or other quality-intensive industries.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project environments.
