Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – Printing and Packaging Industries is a full-

time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for identifying and

developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and

expanding market presence for PP woven and nonwoven bag printing and conversion

machines. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting product

demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving regional sales

targets. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the technical and

production teams to understand product capabilities, provide customer feedback, and





ensure timely delivery and installation. The role also involves market research, competitor

analysis, participation in trade shows or industry events, and regular reporting on sales

performance and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development within printing, packaging, or

industrial machinery sectors.

- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing B2B

deals.

- Ability to understand technical product features and explain machinery benefits in

transparent, practical terms.

- Experience in regional market analysis, territory management, and sales planning.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English &

Hindi knowledge.

- Comfort with travel within the assigned region for client visits, demos, and industry

events.

- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for reporting, pipeline management, and

documentation.

- Any Degree or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with

cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in PP woven / nonwoven, printing, or packaging machinery is a

strong plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
