Position : Assistant Arts Manager Duration : 5 Months

Location : Trivandrum (and other festival locations during production phases)

Stipend: Paid Internship

Start Date: Immediate

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

As an intern, you'll become an essential member of our core team and gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of arts and festival management. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with festival coordination, logistics, and guest relations
- Drafting official communication with clients, guests, and collaborators
- Maintaining schedules, guest lists, and data across platforms like Excel
- Supporting day-to-day administration with precision and initiative
- Contributing to a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
