We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physics Junior Lecturer (JL) to join our institution on a full-time basis. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for teaching Physics in a simple, engaging, and concept-oriented manner.

The lecturer should have experience teaching the State Board syllabus and preparing students for NEET and other competitive entrance examinations.

Responsibilities

- Teach Physics for Intermediate, NEET, and other entrance examinations.
- Teach Physics according to the State Board syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly with a strong focus on fundamentals and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' performance.
- Create an engaging and disciplined classroom environment.





Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience in Intermediate/Junior College teaching preferred.
- Robust subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
