Description and Location 8 to 10 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud OTL, Compensation, Payroll, Advantages, Absence Management modules Must have very good knowledge of configuration and modification of Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration Must have experience working on complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation calculations and processes. Must have experience supporting integration between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems. Must have experience supporting integrations with Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules)



Must have Experience in PaaS components, integrating with Oracle Fusion HCM Suite Must have hands-on experience supporting advanced business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits with expertise in life event triggers and collapsing event rules Must have experience in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows, creating Fast Formulas, and generating BI reports in the Oracle HCM system. Must have readiness to work in different shifts on rotaional basis, including weekend on-call support Good understanding on Service level agreements framework
