We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator with a minimum of 8* years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and client-handling skills*, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Manage day-to-day project coordination, follow-ups, schedules, and deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, drawings, approvals, and project documentation.
- Follow up with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Identify project-related issues, communicate them effectively, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Requirements





- Minimum 8 years of relevant skilled experience in project coordination.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Strong experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction project workflows.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates must be based in Kerala and willing to travel for project-related meetings and site visits when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
