- Delhi ​NCR. Remote-first with no fixed office days.
- On-site at the Gurgaon office when our Director/CEO is in India — typically about one week a month

- Full-time, with a 2-month probation period

◾Experience

- 2–4 years (freshers are not eligible for this role)

◾Compensation

- INR 15,000–20,000/month during probation; salary on confirmation to be discussed

◾About the Role

You'll drive the development, refinement and scaling of UD Impact's flagship programs — owning curriculum development, program localization, partnership research and impact tracking, working closely with the Korea HQ team.

◾Key Responsibilities

- Lead the improvement and iteration of core program content
- Develop new curricula and coach-training materials
- Drive the rollout of a financial literacy program — proof-of-concept execution and scaling of successful pilots




- Own startup interview coordination and partnership research for a regional ecosystem initiative
- Track program outcomes and synthesize feedback into improvement areas
- May also include: building out an internship program, localization of entrepreneurship-focused programs.

◾Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years in program management, curriculum design, or research
- Robust writing and research skills; able to work independently
- Comfortable working in English with a Korea-based HQ team
- Based in Delhi NCR and available to come to the office when asked

◾Preferred

- Background in curriculum design, ed-tech, or program management
- Interest in ESG, social entrepreneurship, or corporate CSR
- Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools
