Senior HVAC Project Manager / Project Executive – HVAC Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager / Project Executive with a strong Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience in HVAC design, engineering, project execution, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling technical requirements, project communication, coordination, documentation, decision-making, and execution support for large-scale international projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review HVAC contract drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs / Bill of Materials.
- Review and manage HVAC shop drawings and engineering submittals.
- Handle RFIs, technical queries, and engineering issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress, priorities, and deliverables.
- Draft and respond to professional project-related emails.
- Support project-level decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and accountability across project deliverables.
- Support project close-out and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, engineering, and project execution.




- Proven experience in HVAC project management / leadership.
- Experience with large-scale projects.
- International project experience, preferably US-based projects, will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage technical and project coordination responsibilities.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, VRF, Chilled Water Systems, etc.
- Good understanding of HVAC shop drawings and submittals.
- Strong knowledge of RFIs and technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good professional email communication skills.
- Strong ownership, leadership, and accountability.
