We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can manage clients throughout the complete sales cycle — from the first interaction to site visit, negotiation, and final deal closure.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling high-value clients, have excellent relationship-building skills, robust negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the latest Pune real estate market, projects, pricing, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle clients end-to-end without requiring constant supervision.
- Handle high-value clients with professionalism, confidence, and discretion.
- Understand client requirements at a deeper level, including budget, investment objectives, preferred locations, property type, and expected returns.




- Recommend suitable properties/projects based on current market conditions and the client's specific requirements.
- Maintain strong and long-term client relationship, ensuring a high level of trust throughout the sales process.
- Conduct and manage client meetings and property/site visits independently.
- Handle negotiations, objections, pricing discussions, and decision-making stages confidently.
- Stay updated with the latest Pune real estate market trends.
- Maintain accurate client information, deal stages, follow-ups, and activity in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
