Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Head Waiter / F&B; Supervisor to provide and supervise exceptional food and beverage service at a VIP private residence. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality, with strong knowledge of fine dining and VIP service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service at the VIP residence.
- Provide personalized, attentive, and discreet service to the VIP and guests.
- Lead and supervise waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Set up dining areas, tables, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service stations to luxury standards.
- Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team regarding menus, meal timings, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Serve food and beverages professionally according to fine-dining standards.
- Handle formal dinners, private gatherings, and special events at the residence.
- Ensure excellent presentation of food, beverages, and dining areas.
- Train and guide service staff on VIP etiquette and service standards.
- Monitor inventory of crockery, cutlery, glassware, beverages, and other F&B; items.




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Respond promptly and professionally to VIP requests and requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, privacy, and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in F&B; service.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, F&B; Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining, table service, and VIP service etiquette.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-supervision abilities.
- Ability to anticipate guest requirements and provide personalized service.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Experience working in a VIP/private residence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,461.42 - ₹60,610.21 per month
