Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Patna invites applications for the position of IT Technician cum Data Entry Operator.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, printers, networking, projectors, CCTV and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network-related issues.
- Maintain and update school records, databases and digital documents.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, data verification and record management.
- Assist with ERP, school management systems and online portals.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documents using MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ensure regular backup and proper maintenance of important digital data.
- Support staff and teachers with basic IT-related requirements.
- Coordinate with external IT/service providers whenever required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN, networking,



printers and other peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining digital records.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of school ERP systems and online portals will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
- Must have own two-wheeler.

We are looking for a responsible, technically sound and detail-oriented qualified who can efficiently handle both IT support and data management responsibilities in a school environment.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Khagaul, Danapur, Phulwarisharif, Ashiana, Gola Road or RPS More will be preferred.
