Role: Sales Associate – Inside Sales
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month
Locations: Gurugram | Delhi | Noida | Bangalore | Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals.
- Guide prospects towards relevant management programs.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive conversions.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a competitive setting.
