Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to handle sales and customer interactions for home appliance products. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in home appliances, consumer durables, showroom sales, or retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their home appliance requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, warranty, and after-sales services.
- Demonstrate products and recommend suitable appliances based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Generate sales through effective product presentation, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and showroom cleanliness.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment.
- Assist with POS billing, payment collection, and sales documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.
- Stay updated on new products, competitor pricing, features,



and market trends.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Marketing, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Retail Sales, or Showroom Sales.
- Good knowledge of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, televisions, and small appliances is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory management.
- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
