Business Developer Job in Mumbai – Automation & Control Systems

Protovec Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Developer in Mumbai for industrial automation and control system solutions. We are looking for a proactive and market-driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.

● Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and geographies.

2. Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

3. Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from prospecting to closure.

4. Analyze RFQs and coordinate with the engineering team for the right-fit solution.

5. Work out costing and prepare professional techno-commercial offers.

6.



Convert leads into confirmed sales orders and meet assigned revenue targets.

7. Support digital marketing and social media initiatives for lead generation.

8. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

● Required Skills

1. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

2. Basic knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, and industrial automation solutions.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

4. Solid market research, analytical, and commercial understanding.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client-facing travel.

This role offers hands-on exposure to advanced control systems, smart engineering solutions, and end-to-end business development in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven market.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
