Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tender & Contract Executive for our Highway Construction projects. The candidate should have knowledge of tender documentation, online tender filing, and contract-related documentation. Candidates having experience in highway construction tenders will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and submission of Government and Private tenders
- Handling online tender filing through various portals
- Preparation and arrangement of tender documents
- Coordination with departments for technical and commercial documents
- Maintaining tender records, EMD, BG, agreements, and related documents
- Follow-up regarding tender status and contract documentation
- Preparation of comparative statements and supporting documents
- Maintaining proper documentation for ongoing and completed tenders
- Coordinating directly with the Director regarding tender status and updates

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of tender documentation and filing process
- Experience in online tender submission
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word,



and email communication
- Ability to manage documentation and deadlines efficiently
- Construction/Highway project experience preferred

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional knowledge in contracts/tendering will be an advantage

Experience:

- Experience in Highway Construction tendering preferred
- Candidates with successful tender handling experience will be preferred

- Salary will depend on last drawn salary and past experience of successful tenders handled
