HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER & AMAZON ASSISTANT

VASTUKOSHA is looking for a hands-on, responsible and creative person to manage our social media presence and assist with Amazon operations.

Role: Social Media Manager & Amazon Assistant

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time — depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, reels and stories.
- Write captions, hashtags and basic promotional content.
- Maintain a consistent premium brand image.
- Track engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create relevant content.
- Coordinate product photography/video requirements when needed.

Amazon:

- Create and update Amazon product listings.
- Work on titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and backend search terms.
- Upload and manage product images and A+ content.
- Assist with Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Monitor orders, inventory, stranded/unsellable inventory and listing issues.
- Coordinate FBA-related requirements and resolve basic listing/account issues.
- Maintain product data, SKUs and catalogue information.




- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve listings and sales.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Canva.
- Practical understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
- Valuable written English.
- Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and e-commerce.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with jewellery, spiritual products, home décor or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Candidates who understand both content creation and Amazon operations will be preferred.

You should be organised, commercially aware, willing to learn and comfortable handling multiple tasks across social media and Amazon.
