About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into photography and videography projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, networking, references, social media, and other channels.
- Handle sales execution from lead generation to closing.
- Communicate with clients and understand their photography/videography requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare custom proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Regularly follow up with leads and prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the photography/videography team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.

Required Skills





- Fluent English communication – written and verbal.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Valuable client management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to create and present customized proposals.
- Confident in conducting client meetings.
- Good understanding of photography and videography services, shoots, production requirements, and deliverables.
- Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role.

Experience in a photography, videography, advertising, creative, media, or production agency will be preferred.
