- Supervise and monitor day-to-day weaving operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of weaving machines and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
- Allocate manpower effectively and supervise the work performance of weaving operators and helpers.
- Monitor machine efficiency, production output, wastage and downtime.
- Ensure proper setting, loading and operation of looms as per production requirements.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and escalate major concerns to the concerned Manager.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements and disciplinary standards.
- Maintain production records,



shift reports and other required operational documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and HR departments for smooth plant operations.
- Train and guide operators and helpers on proper machine operation, quality requirements and safety practices.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S practices are maintained in the weaving section.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
