Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering students, with a strong focus on technical knowledge, practical applications, industry readiness, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, question banks, and study materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning activities.
- Explain mechanical engineering concepts using real-world and industry-oriented examples.
- Guide students in mini projects, major projects, technical presentations, and academic activities.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students for internships, placements, competitive examinations, and higher studies.
- Incorporate current industry practices, technologies, and software tools into teaching.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, workshops, and institutional activities.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant specialization.
- Strong academic background with good communication and teaching skills.
- Industry experience or teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
